operated, maintained and decommissioned in such a way that employees
can perform their work without endangering the health and safety of
themselves or of any other person

To protect the health and safety of persons at mines;
To require employers and employees to identify hazards and eliminate,
control and minimise the risks relating to health and safety at mines
ENVIROMENTAL
